The Pantagraph ran this staged photograph of Father Time and Baby New Year on the last day of 1948. Unfortunately, we don’t know the name of either the unhappy toddler (who would be about 70 years old today!) or the elderly gentlemen. If you can help us out, we’d love to hear from you
