New Exhibit
Work has begun on a major
new exhibit at the McLean County Museum of History. The exhibit,
scheduled to open in 2008, will tell the story of local food habits
from about 1830 to the beginning of the 21st century. It
will explore how local food and drink changed in response to regional,
national, and international influences and how developments in McLean
County affected eating and drinking well beyond its borders.
